Quick search filters will search the folder that you are currently viewing. Make sure to select 'All Inventory' if you wish to search your entire inventory and not limit your search to the folder you are viewing.
Using Quick Search in the web app
Select 'Inventory' from the left hand menu
Use the Quick Search buttons to search your inventory for folders of a certain type: Kit bags, vehicles, locations, clients, equipment type, or staff
Click the button again to clear the search
