Every item in your inventory has a History tab recording what's happened to it. For items with a long history, you can filter it down to just the events you care about — like inspections or assignments.
Filtering an item's history in the web app
Open the item — either from the item's page, or from the side panel in your Inventory
Open the History tab
Select Filters
Choose the types of events you want to see — scans, inspections, usage and tasks, assignments, inventory, assembly, or record changes
The list narrows to just those events.
Loading more history in the web app
History loads 50 events at a time. If an item has more, select Load more at the bottom of the list to see older events.
Filtering an item's history in the mobile app
The History tab on an item's screen has the same filter, so you can narrow it to the types of events listed above. It keeps loading older events as you scroll.
