Inspections vs Thorough Examinations

Learn the difference between recording inspection results and thorough examinations

Updated over 10 months ago

Recording an inspection allows you to record inspection results against your equipment including checklists, photos, notes and PDFs.

The Thorough Examinations feature allows you to group inspections into a Thorough Examination, assign a job number, report on the examinations, and also set a Safe Working Load Limit (a requirement of the UK’s LOLER regulations).

You can download a Certificate of Thorough Examination that includes a legal declaration with signature of the competent person, the customer's address, and the address of the person issuing the report.
