Adding a 3rd Party Inspector

Do you have an external third-party inspector? Here's how you can add them to your organisation.

You must use Scannable’s Web-Based app to invite team members to your account.

Add a 3rd Party Inspector to your organisation

  1. Follow the steps to Invite Team Members, selecting ‘Manager’ as their role

  2. The 3rd Party Inspector will need to accept the email invitation, or head to the dropdown on the top right hand side of your dashboard and select ‘Invites’

  3. Ensure you have designated the 3rd Party Inspector a Competent Person

If you are a 3rd Party Inspector completing an inspection for an organisation:

  1. Select the organisation for whom you are performing an Inspection by clicking the dropdown box to the right of your name in the top left corner, selecting the organisation, and clicking ‘Select’

  2. From here you can record inspection results for equipment that is saved to the organisation’s Inventory, and group inspections with the Thorough Examination feature.
