When converting a group to a folder, all items in the group will be moved to the new folder and your group will be deleted.
Converting a Group to a Folder using the web app
Select the relevant group category from the left hand menu (Kit Bags, Locations, Vehicles, Clients, Staff, Equipment Type)
Click on the three dots on the right hand side of the screen, and select 'Convert to folder'
Give your folder a name (this will default to the name of the group you are converting), confirm the folder type, give the folder a description if needed, and select the location for your new folder
Click on 'Create Folder'
Your new folder will be created and will open once created
You can also move your Group to a Folder from within the group by selecting 'Convert to folder' on the upper right hand side of the group, and following steps 3-5 above.
Converting a Group to a Folder using the mobile app
Tap ‘Groups’ on the bottom menu of the mobile app and select the group you wish to convert to a folder
Tap 'Convert to Folder' at the top of the screen
Confirm your folder's name, type, description, and location, and tap 'Create Folder'
