You can create labels using either the Scannable web-based app, or the mobile app. Groups is a Scannable Pro feature.
Creating a Label using the Mobile App
Tap 'Inventory' on the bottom navigation bar of the app
Tap the ‘Labels’ tab on the top right
Tap the + above the 'Labels' tab
Give your label a name and use the dropdown to select the label type
Tap 'Create'
You will see a banner appear letting you know you have created a label
Creating a Label using the Web App
Click the arrow next to 'Labels' on the left hand menu
Select the type of label you want to create: Default, Kit Bag, Location, Vehicle, Client, Staff, or Equipment Type
Select '+ Add Label'
Enter the label name and click ‘Create’
