Check off is only available when using the mobile app.
Using Check off with the mobile app
Tap ‘Inventory’ on the bottom menu of the mobile app
Select the Folder you want to 'check off'
Alternatively, if your folder has an NFC tag attached, simply scan the NFC to bring up your folder
Tap the three dots to the right of your folder's name
Tap 'Check off' then 'Scan items'
Scan each item of equipment using either the NFC scanner, or the camera if your gear has 2D codes like QR or data matrix
Each successful scan confirms the item’s presence and updates the check-off list in real-time
Tap 'Done'
After completing the check, the folder view will display a status showing how many items were checked off (e.g. ‘4/4 checked off’), and the date of the last check
