To edit an item’s information with the mobile app
Search for the item you want to edit
Select the item and tap ‘Options’ > ‘Update Information’
From this screen you can update the item’s serial number, batch number, product category, date of manufacture, date of first use, expiry date, alternative ID, and purchase order fields
Tap ‘Save’
You can also change the item’s SKU from this screen, which is helpful if you have either added an item yourself and want to update the item with one from our database, or there has been a data entry error and the incorrect item was chosen when it was created.
To edit an item’s information in the web-based app
Search for the item you want to edit
Select the item and tap ‘Options’ > ‘Update Information’
From this screen you can update the item’s serial number, batch number, product category, date of manufacture, date of first use, expiry date, alternative ID, and purchase order fields
Tap ‘Save’
