To create an inspection frequency using the web app
Head to the Frequencies tab in the Inspections section of the Scannable web-app
Click ‘+ Create Inspection Frequency’
Give your frequency a name, select the inspection type (Thorough or Regular), and define the frequency using the dropdown menu
If you are creating a custom inspection frequency, select ‘Custom’ from the Frequency dropdown menu, and set the frequency you require.
Click ‘Create’
To create an inspection frequency using the mobile app
Tap ‘Me’ on the bottom right hand side of the app’s home screen
Tap ‘Settings’
Tap ‘Inspection Frequencies’
Tap ‘+’ on the top right of the app
Give your frequency a name, select the inspection type (Thorough or Regular), and define the frequency using the dropdown menu
If you are creating a custom inspection frequency, select ‘Custom’ from the Fequency dropdown menu, and set the frequency you require.
Click ‘Create’
