Removing inspection frequencies from your items in the web app
From the Inventory screen, use the check boxes on the left-hand side to select the items that you wish to remove a frequency from
Click the ‘Select a bulk action to perform’ dropdown menu at the bottom of the screen
Click ‘Remove Inspection Frequency’
Click ‘Remove’ next to the frequency that you wish to remove
A box will appear asking for confirmation that you wish to remove the frequency. Click ‘Remove’
Removing inspection frequencies from your items in the mobile app
Tap ‘Inventory’ on the bottom menu of the mobile app
Search for the item you want to add to a frequency to
Tap on the item to view its information
Tap anywhere in the 'Next inspection' row
Tap ‘Remove frequency’
Tap ‘Save’
