Learn how to set up push notifications for items that are due for inspection or have an expiry date in the next 30 days

You must set inspection frequencies for your items in order to be notified of Items due for inspection in the next 30 days

Push Notifications are sent once per week

Setting up notification preferences in the mobile app

  1. You can set up your notification preferences when first prompted, or by tapping ‘Me’ > ‘Notification Settings’

  2. Use the toggles to select your preferences

  3. Tap ‘Save’

Viewing notifications in the mobile app

  1. You can view your notifications by tapping the notification on your lock screen or notification centre

  2. You can also view your notifications by tapping ‘Notifications’ on the home screen of the app

  3. Tap the notification you wish to view

  4. This will show you a list of the items relevant to the selected notification

  5. To see your full inventory list, tap ‘x’ next to the filter name

  6. Tap ‘Home’ to return to the home screen

  1. Use the check-boxes to select your preferences

  2. Click ‘Save’

  2. Click on the notification you wish to view

  3. To clear the filter, click ‘x’ next to the filter name
