Recording use against an item in the mobile app
Search for the item you wish to record usage against
Tap 'Options' > ‘Record use’
Use the + to add number of uses
Any value added here will increment the total number of uses
Click ‘Save’
The usage has now been recorded. You can see the item’s total number of uses on the item’s info screen
Recording usage against an item in the web-app
Select 'Inventory' from the left hand menu
Search for the item you want to edit
Select the item and click ‘Options’ > ‘Record use’
Use the + to add number of uses
Any value added here will increment the total number of uses
Click ‘Save’
The usage has now been recorded. You can see the item’s total number of uses on the item’s info screen
💡 You must use the web-app to filter by item usage

Viewing an item’s usage in the web-app and mobile app
Search for the item you want to view and select it
The item’s total number of uses is displayed on the ‘Info’ tab
For information about when the usage was recorded and how much usage was added, click the History tab
